Lallemand Biofuels & Distilled Spirits, a business unit of Lallemand Inc., signed an agreement on Feb. 26 with Toyota Motor Corp. to produce and market a new portfolio of yeast strains, Toyota XyloAce, for cellulosic ethanol production.
