Blue Biofuels Inc. and the USDA ARS are collaborating on optimizing the yields of Pennisetum hybridum, commonly known as king grass, a perennial grass biomass crop, that the company is using as feedstock for its patented cellulose to sugar process.
Sen. Joni Ernst, R-Iowa released a statement on Jan. 7 urging the U.S. Supreme Court to review a July 2, 2021, decision handed down by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit that vacated a U.S. EPA rule allowing year-round sales of E15.
