Fulcrum BioEnergy Inc. announced that it has entered into a 15-year feedstock supply agreement with Waste Management of Nevada for the delivery of post-sorted municipal solid waste (MSW) to Fulcrum's Sierra BioFuels Plant.
The U.S. DOE has delivered the final results of tests conducted using E15 in vehicles models 2001-2006 to the U.S. EPA, but details on the data are scarce. The EPA is expected to issue its final decision soon.
The U.S. EPA is in the process of reviewing approximately 1,200 comments received in response to its proposed label for E15. A final decision regarding the E15 label should be reached in the next few months, according to the agency.
