The USDA left the U.S. feed grain balance sheet for 2010-'11 nearly unchanged in its monthly World Agriculture Supply and Demand Estimates report released March 10. Projections for corn use for ethanol production were unchanged.
Congress lobbed its latest jabs at the ethanol industry with Senate bills introduced to repeal or modify the blenders credit. Two Republican senators introduced legislation to repeal blenders credit, a Democrat proposed modifications.
